Reception Service • Provide effective directions to ensure guests can get their required destination and serve tea and coffee, if needed; • Handle & record room booking and prepare weekly and monthly report; • Monitor the meeting room status & report internet request accordingly and ensure the room is ready before the next booking; • Keep the meeting room and conference rooms clean and tidy; • Set up the rooms and prepare equipment according to the booking requirement; • Handle all enquiries and requests in person, via telephone or mail according to agreed standards; • Familiarize with building facilities so as to advise and direct quests whenever needed; • Handle complaints and assistance request of required, escalating any issues to management immediately; • Ensure that the equipment are running smoothly and arrange replenishment of materials such as copying paper to the machine; • Upon management request, carry out other duties as necessary to meet the needed
Education / Qualification: • F.5 or above • Fresh graduates will also be considered if candidates have good & to do attitude
Relevant Working / Experience: • Able to work under pressure with careful mindset. • Customer-oriented with good manner, analytical skill and attentive to details • Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure, pleasant personality • Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English • 1-2 years working experience, prefer in customer service or insurance industry • Immediate available is preferred
