Assistant, Sales Administration Support - FMCG (Personal Care)
Job Descriptions: • Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries and coordination • Handle inbound calls from both suppliers & end customers such as customer inquiries and complaints • Prepare various daily sales reports • Assist to disseminate the sales promotion messages / execution details to sales team with high mobility • Maintain inventory / transaction records and coordinate with Marketing team
Requirements: • F.5 or above • At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint • Knowledge in SAP operations will be an asset • Communication and interpersonal skills • Open minded in ongoing changing environment
