Job Description Office management Meet and greet visitors Answer and direct incoming calls Order office supplies (stationery, snacks, etc.) Order meals for business meetings Maintain and oversee office appearance and organization, including conference room, reception area and general office areas Coordinate office relocation and decoration projects as needed Support the Head of China Operations on administrative requests in a timely and thorough manner Other ad hoc assignments Team support Assist senior team member(s) on expense reports and office bills settlement Provide general administrative support to the investment team, including photocopying, scanning, filing, etc. Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations Arrange travel for investment team and visitors, including booking flights and hotels, etc. Other ad hoc assignments   Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years relevant experience Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a good team spirit Strong sense of responsibility Detail-oriented Highly organized and flexible High degree of discretion in dealing with confidential information Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong ability to multi-task, and adeptness at managing time
