Job Description • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in various functional areas, business projects and daily operations • Responsible for replying enquires on phone / via email and creating sales quotation *Requirements* • F5 above • 1 year experience in customer services •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook •Good command of both spoken and written English & Good command of Mandarin &Cantonese is must •Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communications skills •Positive work attitude, hardworking and responsible •Immediate available would be highly preferred. *What we offer* •Good working environment •Working hours: 930am to 630pm •5 day work week •Double Pay
