Job Description Responsibilities: l   Organize and maintain personnel records / HR Information system to ensure all employee data and records are up-to-date and accurate l   Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides, and to prepare & update staff handbook l   Revise company policies l   Payroll calculation and work closely with finance to prepare monthly payroll l   Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance l   Prepare monthly payroll according to individual employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules l   Provide advice and support to all levels of employees on human resources matter l   Assist in other ad hoc assignments and multi-tasks projects   Requirements: l   Higher diploma/ Associate degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines l   At least 3 - 4years’ experience in the field of HR & Admin l   Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices l   Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua l   Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint l   Organized, responsible, detailed oriented, independent and self-motivated. l   Strong communication and presentation skills. l   Able to meet tight deadline l   Always maintain integrity l   Immediate availability is highly preferred;   Package: l    5 days + Bank Holiday l    Office Hour: Mon – Fri 10:00am to 7:00 pm   l    Discretionary bonus l    Medical l    Life insurance l    Kwun Tong
