Job Description Faith Comes by Hearing ( FCBH) is  a non-profit or­ga­ni­za­tion with its head­quar­ters in Al­bu­querque, New Mex­ico in the United State) with the vision and mission  t o get God’s word to everyone everywhere in their heart languages. There are total 7,000 languages in the world.  FCBH  has recorded Scriptures in more than 1,200 languages, spoken or signed by over 6.1 billion people.  FCBH works with more than 415 partners globally in distributing freely audio bible.   More than 1,000,000 listening programs have been implemented, reaching an estimated 901 million people with the Word of God.    This  position is to de liv er goals and targets set by FCBH Asia board aims to support FCBH headquarter’s worldwide vision in  the Asia region.   Operation Manager Report to  Asia Board of Director (Chairman in Hong Kong).   1. Develop and Implement annual plan according to executive team vision. 2. Organize and oversees promotion, missionary trips and fund-raising events. Mobilize and co-ordinate activities among staff, volunteers,ministry partners, churches and key stakeholders. 3.  Communicate and work closely among headquarter and regional offices relating to publicity and announcement materials, e.g. newsletter, website and various social media.  Keep key stakeholders update of project progress. 4.  Plan, implement and support relevant donor engagement programs according to the board’s direction. 5.  Occasion overseas travel (e.g. missionary trip, overseas event and headquarter visit) is required. 6.  Recruit, brief and train volunteers and ministry partners of FCBH programs for various events and campaigns.     Knowledge/ Experience: At least 10 years  work experience in operation role or project management.  Experience in ministry or NGO leadership capacity will be preferred.   Experienced as a Project leader with proven record of  implementing cross cultural /region projects and campaigns. Experience in start up will be advantage.    Personality /Character: Committed Christian with an active faith in God. Genuine love for people. Multi-cultural able to engage people of different background and culture. Self motivated able to work independently with minimum supervision. Flexible,  feel comfortable to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. Display professional integrity.   Competency/Skills: Able to Lead, influence, prioritize, motivate, build team. Ability to translate internal /external customers’ needs into actionable deliverables. Excellent in Communication.  Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written). Problem solving.   IT and social media application. Proficiency in multiple software/computer platforms -- (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).   Challenge of the Job Newly established organization without clear defined  role and responsibilities (still in learning stage) between Headquarters and regional offices.
