Job Description Job Highlights Extensive working knowledge of serviced offices Solid PR & IR experience a must Manage a team with oversight of 6-8 colleagues Understand & manage the serviced offices offering Job Description Responsibilities Overall responsibility for continued success of The Wall Street Factory business and smooth operation of procedures MUST have PR & IR solid experience Spot business development opportunities, drive growth and meet clients Resolve day to day administration matters with the Community Manager Manage a team with overall oversight of 6-8 colleagues Understand & manage the serviced offices offering Work with CEO & Senior Management Team to identify synergies and cross working/integration opportunities  with The Wall Street Factory Predominantly a client management role Manage client review process to identify opportunities to upsell Requirements Will be an approved Key Person as required by The Wall Street Factory Will have extensive working knowledge of serviced offices Will have good business acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem solving Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate team members Mature and Independent Experience in managing and training/mentoring of staff
