Job Description Responsibilities: Managing the bar and floor operations Work with Restaurant/Floor Manager for designing and generating special recipes for drinks Manage the bar operations include monitoring daily operations, quality service delivery, controlling cost, monthly inventory and enforcing standard operating procedures Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for customers   Requirements: 3 years or above and related experience in a managerial position within the bar industry. Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility Eligible to work in Hong Kong
