Job Description *** Looking for Business Analyst for Global IT Company*** Contract to Hire Position Technical Skills:           Requirements Elicitation and documentation in Agile mode , Ability to groom stories           Analytical thinking capability and ability to understand impact of systems on each other           Prior experience of working with Financial services - Wealth Management, Brokerage, Trade Processing, order Management, Custody Technology, Settlements           Knowledge of Capital markets data internal as well as external (Bloomberg, Broad ridge etc.)           Working knowledge of issues typically with transaction data & straight through processing and their resolution (Missing Reference Data, Transaction breaks)           Working knowledge of SQL           Interacts with business partners and/or IT staff to gather and document information related to requirements and/or software testing for full life cycle of project.           Study, analyze and document customer’s business processes and operational scenarios and associates them to software deliverables.           Analyze customer requirements and write functional specifications ensuring user-friendliness, optimized product performance, ease of development and maintenance.           Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards. Independently sorts low to medium complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction.           Negotiate with customer/ team on the requirements scope and timelines, as required.           Develop and document use cases & functional documentation. Coordinate the capture of process models and functional testing, ensuring system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well integrated.           Develop and manage user acceptance criteria.           Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports, as necessary.           Provide user support and coordinate resolution of issues to include Change Management, Root Cause Analysis, and appropriate escalation as needed.           Coordinate the process to analyze, evaluate, implement, and maintain systems developed internally and/or externally with an outside vendor.           Assist in the development of project definitions, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, progress reports, and presentations.           Transition product support to systems operations, Knowledge Transfer to other stakeholders in order to understand the requirement.           Provide basic communication to teams regarding business requirements, Impact Analysis.           Assist in establishing end user training.
