Job Description   A start-up company based in Hong Kong is looking for below positions to join the team and to grow with the company. Area Sales Manager – North Asia (excluding Mainland China) Area Sales Manager – South East Asia Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out sales negotiations within the framework of established price terms and payment condition in order to achieve area sales objectives; Create demands for the Company portfolio of products and solutions; including    -  Smart-Safe;   -  Retail related products (EPOS, Self-Checkout and Electronic Weight Scale, etc.);   -  Auto-ID products (mobile POS payment terminal, enterprise smart mobile devices, RFID solutions, and mobile printers, etc.); Develop sales and marketing plan for the respective assigned area; Develop and growth businesses with major channel partners and major retailers / customers in the area; Maintain excellent customer and business partner relationship Requirements: Aggressive, Hard-working, responsible and mature person with a winning spirit; Work under pressure and independently, constantly meeting goals and targets; Process of at least 10 years’ experience in the designated area, with proven sales track records in Retail-IT-Related and Auto-ID solutions; sales to channel partner and major retailers; Strong Hardware / software / services, and solution-selling background with consultation skills; Excellent language skills, English and Chinese, both in spoken and written; Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; Willing to travel in the area.
