Job Description        Job Duties  : Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that helps to increase awareness, leads & businesses for the Company Create persuasive content for marketing collateral such as Case Study, product & presentation deck, video, eDM Monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns with recommendations Keep tracking on social media trends and best practices to drive the brand’s success on social media Experience and knowledgeable in social media management especially WeChat platform operation, Knowledge in web and app development Handle ad hoc assignments whenever necessary       Job Duties :  Provides advanced digital marketing technology solutions and  outstanding services to lift brand awareness, boost quality traffic, maximize lead and conversion and broaden audience base via online channels including search engines, social media, websites and mobile applications; Develops various digital marketing strategies for a brand in alignment with other brands offer. Brings long-term value to brands through performance-driven digital marketing solutions; Executes and optimizes digital campaigns by data-driven insights and elevates results with cutting-edge analytic and optimization tools; Coordinates and executes evaluations of digital activities and develops standards for these evaluations; Identify strategies to target new & high-value accounts in specific industries, particularly Food & Beverage, Beauty, Luxury Brands, Hotel and Travel. Serve as the client’s primary point of contact – develop lasting business relationships through trusted advisory sales role Develops various premier support for official training & strategy consultations. Provides supervision,direction and leadership to raise the standard of performance in meeting the goals for company; Perform personnel management function in recruitment and appraisal. Makes sure that all working practices and procedures are complied with Company’s policies and objectives; Prioritizes demands and tasks in order to meet expectations       Requirment : Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Advertising/ PR & Communications or relevant disciplines Solid experience in digital marketing, social media management, WeChat Marketing and digital analytics 3 years experience  in   marketing / digital marketing field for Senior Marketing Executive / Minimum 4 years of solid experience in project management within a marketing / digital marketing discipline for Assistant Marketing Manager , Knowledge in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web analytics and social media advertising for Assistant Marketing Manager, Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS PowerPoint & digitally savvy Excellent communications & persuasive marketing writing skills Experiences in managing Google, Facebook, Bing, Instagram,  抖音 Ads would be a plus Very creative, possess strong marketing sense, detail-oriented with can-do attitude Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to deal with ambiguity and changes Be a good team player, meaning to be willing to help teammates and share knowledge with each other and grow as a team Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism Immediate availability is highly preferred 5-day work week Competitive remuneration package Annual performance bonus Long-term career prospects Medical Insurance Birthday leave Young, dynamic and friendly work environment Interested parties please send your full resume with  Current, Expected Salary and Date of Availability  by  clicking the " APPLY NOW "<>.  You are welcome  to visit our website  for further information.
