Job Description Major Responsibilities: 1. Reporting to the Marketing Director, develop and spearhead the Company’s E-Commerce strategy to drive long-term and sustainable business growth for the Company 2. Conduct market analysis, evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape to develop market expansion strategy and priorities 3. Explore and develop key e-channels / e-retailers for target markets 4. Lead and develop digital marketing strategy 5. Develop, manage and execute a comprehensive digital marketing campaign covering SEO, major online & social media platforms, keywords marketing, email marketing etc. 6. Lead and drive product selection process, pricing strategy and new product listing 7. Lead and manage product content management process 8. Build an E-commerce team by recruiting, training, coaching and leading a team of e-commerce marketers and specialists   Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications or related fields 2. Deep knowledge of online marketing as well as a working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies 3. Possess practical e-commerce experience of managing world leading and key e-commerce platforms/channels 4. Knowledge of best practices in online marketing and a proven track-record of building a successful e-commerce business 5. Deep knowledge in both China and international markets 6. Strong analytical skills to optimize search marketing campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness 7. Excellent project management, planning and problem-solving skills 8. Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail 9. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
