Job Description Our Company is a private family office with diversified business including asset allocation, property portfolio management, business venture management, education and provision of concierge service invite candidates for following position:   Accounting & Admin Officer   Responsibilities: Office admin and clerical support Deal with contractor/supplier for office maintenance include computer, copying machine, air-con and drainage system. Property management support including issuing monthly invoice, statement, handling complaints, maintenance and renewal of tenancy Cheque payment for regular expenses Assist in company secretarial matters include BR and Annual Return renewal Book-keeping of company accounts and household accounts HR support including MPF, salary payment, contracts and expenses Some Personal Assistant job duties Ac Hoc projects as assign Occasional outdoor work require   Requirements: Post-graduate/Bachelor with at least 5 years proven experience in administration/accounting and HR Independent, able to solve problems and handle task independently Detail oriented, good organization skills Quick, responsive and effective Good communications skills, good command of English and Chinese Accounting and computer knowledge:  outlook, excel, words, powerpoint Positive work attitude and a team player Your application should include a cover letter with a full resume, expected salary and a recent photo.  Only shortlisted candidates shall be notified.
