Job Description  Job description and responsibilities: Handle full reception duties including visitors greetings, phone calls answering, etc. Assist in office administration including office and facilities management, office supplies control and procurement, courier services arrangements, meeting room arrangement; Perform other assignments as assigned by superior; Clerical support and English translation for Facebook; To assist the recruitment. Job requirements: Associate degree or above Well-organized, adaptable, detail-minded and multi-tasking. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in MS Office and Word Processing (including Chinese typing); 1 year of relevant working experience in office administration Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Immediate available is highly preferred.
